How do I list a property?
Sign in, open My properties, create and save a draft, then complete the property details, authorization and photos. Saving a draft does not publish it.
Does submission publish immediately?
An authorized independent reviewer must check the submission. Publication follows approval; follow the displayed notice if details or a reviewer are missing.
How do I request a viewing?
Open the property's viewing entry, choose the date, format and language, then submit. Check the resulting arrangement status; submitting does not confirm a time slot.
How do I ask a question or send a message?
Use the property's inquiry entry or a chat you are authorized to join. Contact support if a conversation is unavailable; do not guess another person's link.
How do I record a receipt?
With report access, open the collection and payment record, choose Snap a receipt, check the amount, currency and date, then save. AI may misread it; enter details manually if needed. This does not transfer money.
How do I request a service?
Enter a request in the service market, then assign or accept work according to your access. The requester checks the worker's report. Recording the workflow does not mean the platform collects service payments.
Can I download my data?
Choose Download my data in My account. The actual export determines what is included; it may not contain every attachment or historical record.
How do I delete my account?
My account has a request entry; submission only acknowledges a request. Complete erasure and renewed identity verification await acceptance 【待功能上線】. You may also email a request; processing time is 【待確認】.
How is my data protected?
Read the privacy policy. Public listing photos and private documents have different uses. Do not put private documents in public photos or share private report links with unrelated people. Security validation remains subject to engineering acceptance.
